6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, TrueRapic ships to all U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. For international inquiries, please contact our customer service team for updates.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete. TrueRapic is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, either by issuing a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
